CVs these days are checked for detail using special software. Any
discrepancies will be identified immediately. In any case, experienced
recruiters can spot a lie very quickly.
Even just one thing on your CV that is proved wrong during an interview
may make the interviewer think that the rest of the CV is not true either.
If you make claims on your CV which during the interview turn out to be
unsubstantiated you also risk the company informing the recruiting agency,
who may then remove you from their database.
